IONE, CA – The inaugural Amador Hills Barrel Racing Classic was held at Ed Hughes arena in Ione on November 25. With 236 total entries, it was the largest barrel racing event held in Ione on record. Kathy Petska was the 1D winner on her great horse, Bet On This Lion. She has been on fire with her horses this year and it’s always a clinic in great horsemanship watching her ride.
We are on the books for 2018, the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and are looking forward to some exciting new developments to share as we draw closer to our event.
