The weekend of October 26th-27th saw the Lincoln, Calif. Rodeo Grounds full of trailers and horses as CHSRA contestants from Districts #1 and #3 came together to compete in a two day rodeo. The rodeo was hosted by District #3. Clayton Brum from District #3 emerged as the AA Cowboy, while Caitlin Campbell from CHSRA Dist. #1, took home the AA Cowgirl title.
Saturday night brought good times with our Halloween costume contest, and District 3’s first annual pumpkin carving contest! We had lots of creative costumes; from Dr. Suess characters to the Headless Horsemen! Our pumpkin carving contest was a blast. The contestants only had 25 minutes to complete their designs. Although it was messy, we all had fun!
