Ever tire of coming in late after a long day of practice, drained, not wanting to run and get something or have to slave over the stove? Well, team ropers, I have found the answer! Linda Welch from Emmett, Idaho, has made this dish and has said it’s not only easy but very tasty as well! Freeze it up to 3 months or make it before a long day and stick it in the fridge. Either way it will leave a great taste in your mouth and have you wanting more.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef

1 large onion, chopped

2 jars (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce

1 pkg. (16 oz.) spiral pasta or any desired,

cooked and drained.

4 cups (16 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

8 oz. sliced pepperoni

Directions

In large skillet cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta. Transfer to greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pepperoni over the top. Bake casserole uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until heated through.
