This month I wanted to share with you a recipe I made just a few short weeks ago. This dish is very easy, affordable, and full of flavor! My favorite part about this dish is you can add what you want and make it your own. So, give it a try and see if you enjoy it as much as I have!

Poor Woman's Ground Beef in Mushroom Sauce

1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 small onion, sliced
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (10¾ oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk

Spray large skillet with non-stick spray. Add onions and mushrooms on medium heat, cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet and set aside. Cook ground beef in the skillet over medium heat until cooked through, drain. Combine browned beef, sauted vegetables, cream of mushroom soup and milk in skillet. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve over noodles if desired.
