PAGE 36 ROPERS SPORTS NEWS NOVEMBER-DECEMBER 2022 NorCal ACTRA Finals Qualifier Is One For The Books CORNING, CALIF. – The Northern California ACTRA National Finals Qualifier was one for the books with 1,234 teams, which was 279 more than in 2021 – a 29 percent increase. The ropings, held September 23-25 at the Rolling Hills Equestrian Center, paid out $98,785 and $25,000 in awards, with an 82 percent cash and prize payback. Thank you to Rolling Hills and their hard-working staff, Terry and Carol, for hosting the event at their beautiful facility.
