34th Annual BFI To Be Held June 20
RENO, NV — The 2011 Bob Feist Invitational Team Roping Classic (BFI) will be held Mon., June 20 at the Reno Livestock Events Center, Indoor Arena starting at 8am.
This will be the 28th year that the BFI has been held in conjunction with the “Wildest, Richest Rodeo in the West” the Reno Rodeo (ranked among the top five rodeos in the United States).
The 34th annual world’s richest one day OPEN team roping event will draw the best in the business — from contestants and sponsors, to fans of all ages! The purpose of the BFI is to provide ropers with the most lucrative payoff in a one day roping, while at the same time providing over 5,000 spectators with fast action, as well as top caliber team roping!
This year’s payoff is expected to exceed $600,000. The 2010 BFI Champions won over $166,000 in cash/awards, which includes $131,510 cash.
