Lyle Songer, 80, Wins Buckle At SPVR Labor Day Roping
San Pasqual Valley Ranch held is Labor Day team roping on Sept. 3.
Buckles were awarded to the average winners of each pot, and Kaitlin Gustave, high money roper of the #4 and #5 combined, won a $100 gas card.
Winning the #7 roping were Lyle Songer and Travis Gorham. Lyle is 80 years old and was so happy to win this so he could “show up the young guns!”
