Lazy E Arena Announces Tickets Now On Sale for 2026 Cinch Timed Event Championship
Lazy E Arena has announced that tickets are now on sale for the 2026 Cinch Timed Event Championship presented by Smarty Rodeo, set for March 5–7 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Known as the Ironman of Rodeo, the Cinch Timed Event Championship brings together the most versatile all-around cowboys in the sport for three days of elite competition inside one of western sports’ most iconic arenas. The event features 25 invited athletes competing across five timed disciplines—team roping heading, team roping heeling, tie-down roping, steer wrestling, and steer roping—over five rounds in three days, all vying for more than $200,000 in total payout, including a $100,000 championship prize.
Lazy E Arena General Manager Dan Wall said the event continues to deliver an energy unlike anything else in rodeo, noting the return of 10 past champions who collectively bring 186 total appearances back to Guthrie. Competition opens Thursday, March 5, with rounds one and two, after which the lowest five aggregate scores are eliminated.
